It was initially introduced alongside the Anvil Carrack and was specifically engineered for tasks such as scouting, reconnaissance, and exploring areas that are unreachable by its significantly larger counterpart. Its compact design, agile handling, and the inclusion of two extra jump seats for additional passengers, along with a cargo capacity of up to 4 SCU, render the C8 Pisces an excellent choice for a runabout vehicle. Features
Cargo
The Pisces is capable of carrying up to 4 SCU of cargo as well as internal stowage for up to 4000k μSCU and all easily accessible thanks to its rear door-ramp.[1]
Jump Seats
In addition to its cargo capacity, the C8 is designed to safely accommodate two passengers, featuring two jump seats neatly positioned within the compact vessel.[1]
Runabout
The C8 Pisces serves as an excellent runabout, particularly suited for short-range scouting, reconnaissance, and exploration.[2]
Support vessel
Initially designed to accommodate the upper hangar of the Anvil Carrack, it functions as an outstanding support vessel for larger spacecraft.[4]
Jump Module
Initially intended for short-range flights, the C8 possesses the capability to traverse Jump points due to an available slot for the installation of a Jump module.[2]

Trivia
- The C8 Pisces is named after the zodiac constellation of "Pisces" which located in the Northern celestial hemisphere. Its prominent asterism, recognized in many European cultures since Greco-Roman times, depicts a pair of fish linked by a single cord that converges at a point. The constellation's traditional astronomical symbol is ♓︎ and its name derives from the Latin word for "fishes." Pisces is situated to the northeast of Aquarius, which is of comparable size, and to the east of the smaller constellation Aries.[7]
