Fun fact: The average Hollywood film marketing budget is 2X the production budget. That means if a movie costs $100M to make, studios spend $200M to sell it. Could you do more with less?

With social media really taking root in 2010, some cynics might say that "The Social Network" was simply capitalizing on a trend, but writer Aaron Sorkin and director David Fincher saw it in a much different light.

Biggest indie film gamble? Kevin Smith put his entire $27K life savings into making Clerks. It grossed over $3 million. Not bad for a film shot in a convenience store after hours. Would you bet your life savings on a film?

Hey folks please reboost if possible.

For like 20 years of my life I’m looking for the old Flash or Macromedia Director animations called Sex Slave.

Despite its name it wasn’t sexual at all, but main character was basically guy in gimp suit (think gimp from pulp fiction not GNU).

And he fights like evil computer etc.

Does anyone know where to get those animations? I spend countless of hours looking for it but have not found it. Hopefully it’s not lost media.

@internetarchive @foone

Edit: I think animations were avaliable on site possibly called AtomFilms or something like that.
