A grassy landscape under a clear sky, featuring a field of golden grass and some distant trees and buildings. In the foreground, there are branches with winter-colored leaves.
This morning I was woken up early by a pain in my lower ribs (side and back on left) that felt as though they were crossing their fingers, calf and ankle cramp (right leg), on top of the usual stuff. I haven't really got any more sleep since about 5 ish and the normal pain relief isn't touching this one. So, I'm having a good long soak in a very warm bath with lavender oil and the sound of singing bowls playing softly.
The pains from last night are slowy starting to fkuc off. If only the chronic pain would too, without meds.
Tried something a little different this time and it's now officially my largest watercolour painting yet! 56 x 76cm deer on Arches watercolour paper. What do you think?
I keep finding the music in cafes and shops extra loud at the moment. I can't tell if the volume is turned up everywhere in summer, or if I am currently more sensitive to sound and thus perceive it as louder. What is especially bothersome is that music is pumped outside as well as inside in summer, so there is no break and this makes it harder to calm my sensory system between locations. #Autistic ActuallyAutistic group #SensoryProcessing
