Baked tortilla stuffed w/ Tavče Gravče, topped w/ fried cauliflower, carrot, onion, pepper, and a 'cheese' sauce.

I just made my most delicious .
3 large onions, cut very thin and cooked well in butter (just added salt an black peppers) until brown, diced 1 chicken breast and cooked with the onion.
Cut 500g mushroom into slices.
Cooked it for 10min before adding 4 table soon of , & 1 cup of milk & cooked for another 10 min.

Ate it with some Basmati rice.

It was absolutely delicious, I am so full, I can barely move.

I just made this for my lunch.

Chickpeas as hummus? BORING, when it's become the only way you eat them. The first few times, okay, but . . .

This? I could eat this on the regular. Today, it's over steamed broccoli. Next time, maybe snow peas.

Chicken liver with creamy mushrooms and fresh radishes for dinner.

A small pack (320g) of chicken liver, 3 small onions, 4 large white mushrooms and 2 cream cheese makes enough food for 3-4 meals with rice or in sandwich.

And Mellie loves it too.

Baking some treats for Neloie, using broth from bones I cooked, some meat, fat and other stuff from butcher, cooked with sweet potatoes, carrots, string beans, oat and flour.

It will be a lot of treats to freeze with a full pot of bones and 2L of broth.

Mellie likes it so far. Will see how she does after a few days/weeks. Good way of saving money and giving Mellie good treats.

Best frozen vegetable mix for chicken soup. With added mong beans, bulgur and some dried parsley, garlic and dill.

Baked some flat bread with oat and whole wheat flour.

It's much more work than loafs and has to knead it well but I like the option to make sandwiches.

It's like pitas, but thinner and not as uniform (I've never been good at it), but the important thing is the taste.

About 1200g of bread from 500g of whole-wheat and 300g of oatmeal flour.

Really enjoy my (free) Air Fryer.

Made some fries with Croque Monsieur.

Made some salad and spicy sauce to eat it with while it was cooking.

Delicious food with almost 0 efforts.

Making dog treats with half of my turkey meat with sweet potatoes, string beans, Turkish yogurt and eggs.

She loves them so much and I save a lot of money buying them.

Going to dry them so they don't go bad.

no knead with whole wheat and seeds in forms.

Too lazy to make small sandwich size bread and too soft for baguette.

It's the first time I'm baking this.

Mixed till it was smooth, let it rise for 40 min.

Flipped over the dough a few times (it's very watery), then added it to forms with some seeds under it (new thing I'm trying

Going to bake in 200°C for about 20 or so minutes

Will update with results later

Finished baking. And I have to say, this is the best bread I have baked in a long time.

Delicious, healthy and so damn easy to bake.

Next time, I add a little more flour to it to make baguette out of it instead. Or small buns to have sandwiches.

the 4 whole wheat, no knead bread, fresh out of the oven inside the silicon forms. I already ate most of one for dinner.

Oh happy day, finally found chicken liver at SuperU and bought 3 containers.

Just made some chicken liver with diced potatoesfried with red onions and soy sauce. Usually add cream to it but I don't have any and it's good without it too.

Waiting for the rice to be ready, it's getting harder to find chicken liver these days. Specially since I can't go to carrefour any more.

Mellie is as excited as I am waiting for her share.

Baking day done

1.5 cups whole wheat
3.5 cups T55
3 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
400ml warm water

Used the bread maker in pizza mode to mix it.
Then divided them into pieces and let it sit for half ab hour before baking in 220°C for 12 minutes

This was my worst baking failure. It didn't rise at all. It's very hard and doesn't taste good.

I wonder if my yeast has expired. I may go and give it to the birds in the park tomorrow
