Without USAID funding to help buy food for refugees, the World Food Program rushed to prioritize families based on need, determining that only half the population would get food.

Refugees learned which half they were in from a number stamped on the back of their ration card.

Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and Marco Rubio gave orders leading to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of human beings, most of them children. These three "leaders" killed USAID, and in the process ordered those deaths.

A crime against humanity, IMO.

@dangillmor I don't think we can convince opponents of the necessity of this programme with statements such as ‘it's a crime’

I would focus on two points:

  1. USAID is a small amount of money for the United States, which has given the American state soft power, stopped the spread of all kinds of diseases (which could have reached the United States) and made the world a better place. China and Russia, which are acting against the United States, could take the place of USAID

Musk to get a one trillion dollar pay package.

The man who almost single handedly caused the death of 600,000 people will become even richer

He’s killed children & the most vulnerable

He dismantled one of the most successful aid programs in the world

He bought an election & installed a fascist

This is why we must abolish the billionaire class
