How actually weird would it be if I started dressing like Indiana Jones. Just professor outfit during the day, explorer outfit after dark. Sorry I didn't mean to immediately go sexy. I am really happy to see @gendavidthompson joining Mastodon. But since we are seeing a wave of Russian impersonation accounts, it would be REALLY helpful if you could post a selfie holding up a piece of paper containing today's date and the words "Hi Mastodon", so we have proof that this is the actual general and not another impersonator.

Today's watch - restored 1960's Błonie. These watches were only made for 3 years between 1959 and 1962. I bought this one from a watchmaker in Krakow who specialises in restorations.

The watch brand was revived about a decade ago and they make some super interesting watches in a classic Polish design aesthetic.

    GETTING EXCITED. my little sis built me a car. It's so close to rego.

    A photo of the front of an FG Falcon XR6 with Technically Sci Fi hexagons in the grilles, and much gloss at sunset in that magic hour after getting a bit of a buffing all over. It's a dark dark, technically a blue grey but gets a bit of a black look at night. The sunset reflected in its bonnet is a vanilla to dark blue gradient, and it's a wide-angle shot that makes the front look extra huge and imposing.

    No country wants to send troops to Ukraine to fight. Not surprising. That possible next german bundeskanzler Merz expresses this view makes sense looking to the election in a few days. However we also don't want Ukraine to lose this war and overrun by Russia, which would be a disaster for europe. The problem is Putin wants to fight and waste endless lives to attain his goals. So what's the way out?
