As I'm a bit unwell, I unfortunately only did a slightly shorter and slower run today. I didn't want to miss out completely.

An outdoor run of 5.72 km was recorded on October 22, 2025 with a total time of 41 minutes and 19 seconds, 566 active calories and a pace of 7'13'' per kilometer.

Ein niedriger Metallzaun trennt Fußweg von Straße. Der Blick geht entlang oberhalb der Zauns, der von blühenden Stockrosen und Nachtkerzen umwachsrn ist. Dazu ein Haiku. Text folgt nach englischer Beschreibung. A low metal fence that divides walkway from street. The view goes along the top of the fence which is grown over by flowering hollyhocks, and primroses. Additionally a haiku. Text: steel cummerbund runs through pastures reminicense protecting brickwork
