A bright yellow bird the approximate shape of a bowling pin—wide lower body, tall thin neck—stands on a boxy pedestal in a dark blue space. The bird has wispy plumage, two short, armlike wings, and stripes on its neck. Someone familiar with the work of Dr Seuss would recognize this bird as a Sneetch—and sure enough, it's got a green star on its chest. The star is crudely painted on, the paint dripping, and the bird is still holding the brush. In a similarly crude fashion, the label "# 1" is painted on the front of the pedestal. The painting is signed "Chris Silverman".
Collage met alle tekeningen die ik voor ArchInk maakte (in 4 blokken van 9) plus de promptslist en 3 tekeningetjes van de eend, de olifant (je ziet alleen een ballon en een klein stukje slurf) en de muis uit 'Die Sendung mit der Maus' (om het laatste blok van 9 aan te vullen).
Dibujo en un cuaderno en espiral donde aparece una niña de aspecto terrorífico y espeluznante sentada en una mecedora de madera, de distintos tonos marrones. Lleva puesto un vestido azul claro que le llega hasta las rodillas, dejando al descubierto las piernas rosadas con costuras y cicatrices más intensas y oscuras. La piel del rostro también tiene este mismo aspecto, con los ojos huecos negros y la boca rasgada. El fondo, en colores rústicos, con paredes, suelos agrietados y una puerta vieja abierta de par en par, transmite la sensación de ser un lugar abandonado y misterioso.

When I got back from vacation, I started looking around where I live with more interest. One thing that amuses, is the very vertical places on the hillsides. Ink sketch but not #inktober. #urbansketching

Eine ausgestreckte Hand ragt in abwehrender Haltung von vorne ins Bild. Dahinter ist ein Besen dabei, mit einem Eimer voller Wasser eine Badewanne zu füllen, die gerade überzulaufen droht. Eine kleine Pfütze hat sich bereits auf dem schwarzweiß gekachelten Boden ergossen.
