Two features I wish would improve are Lists and Private mentions.

Lists is a confusing feature with no explanation or onboarding.

Meanwhile, private mentions don't align with people's mental model of how sending DMs works.

should have a subject field for all status posts so that a decent reader can list subject lines only. This view would be akin to a mail or news reader layout with a subject pane and a viewer pane. The splayed-out, real-estate gobbling, all-or-nothing, vertical feed view is highly annoying and counter-productive. This default layout forces users to see every word and image in the feed, providing a sensory experience of total information overload. This mobile-first, low-IQ presentation is migraine fuel.

I miss when desktop themes like these were a thing.

I took a look at what's available for 6 at https://store.kde.org/browse?cat=114&ord=latest and…they all kinda look the same. 🫤 The only ones that stand out are the ones that mimic old operating systems like Windows 3.1, and none are as exotic looking as some of the below.

Where does a guy find all the wild non-rectangular window decorations and whatnot these days?

Thanks to Christian Zietz, who provided a fix for the Hatari emulator, and especially Skip Tavakkolian, who provided disk images and scanned documentation, we can now run the Idris OS (the first Unix clone) on the Hatari Atari ST emulator with working hard disk emulation.

This is a screenshot of the X10 (not a typo!) window system running in Hatari.

Thanks for your answer.

So if Docker completely ignores UFW rules, how am I supposed to protect my VPS ? I've never done this before and I'm puzzled.

As for NPM, here's the "ports" part of my docker-compose

    ports:
      - '80:80'
      - '81:81' #GUI
      - '443:443'
