My vertebrae are moving. Like my neck is. They're doing this thing where they click or pop and I get lots of symptoms from it. It can feel like swelling or pinches nerves. I get the feeling there's not enough blood in my brain, burning pain in my fingers, numbness weakness paralysis.

What could be swelling there? Who would I see to get care?

I'm looking for over-ear passive hearing protection that I can wear in bed. Not earplugs. Something without active noise cancellation, as this makes my tinnitus worse. I've been wearing a giant pair of Mouldex ear muffs which do a great job cutting the noise, but are not so ideal when it comes to comfort. I'm a side sleeper, so something with a slim profile is preferred.
Suggestions?

Unfortunately for some people with mobility issues, problems being upright () mean they can't use traditional or if they do, they can't be upright for long. This looks a interesting idea!

Not sure the context!
