Hello people. I'm Ari, although I'm better known by my nick APz or apzpins in the social media.
I'm an IT guy by day, dedicating my free time to keep #pinball alive. My hobby has turned from owning a single game at home to an #arcade full of them over the years. Originally a very active tournament player, but in the past years I've been leaning more and more to the restoration and maintenance of the games. I especially love early solid state pins.
I'm a very #DIY -spirited person, often having to come up with creative ways to fix something that's been long obsolete. I do a lot of #3dprinting, tabletop #cnc and #laser'ing, among other things.
In addition to pinball machines, I'm into mechanical and video arcade games, #retrocomputing, owning plenty of machines from Commodore, Atari, PCs and old servers.
I mostly post in English, but I'll reply in other languages where I can, I can do #Finnish and conversational #Spanish.
I love animals and I often post pictures of my whisker faces.

Andy #Ogles (R, Tenn.) called for an immediate inquiry into the #NFL and broadcaster #NBC over their “prior knowledge, review, and approval” of what he called “a performance dominated by sexually explicit lyrical themes and suggestive choreography.”
Ogles called the halftime show “pure smut” and claimed that it featured “explicit displays of gay sexual acts, women gyrating provocatively, and #BadBunny shamelessly grabbing his crotch while dry-humping the air” and that the singer’s #Spanish lyrics “openly glorified sodomy and countless other unspeakable depravities.”
Ogles said that Bad Bunny’s halftime performance was “conclusive proof that #PuertoRico should never be a state.”
#KidRock, with lyrics “Young ladies, young ladies / I like ’em underage, see / Some say that’s statutory / But I say it’s mandatory,” that’s fine though.

I usually don't watch shows now, I hate when they get cancelled and the story gets no proper ending, which happens a lot, but you can also find me at Serializd.
My reading list is predominantly #CrimeFiction (mainly Nordic) but I also like reading horror, #QueerRomance, and anything that piques my curiosity.
I'm some kind of a #geek and enjoy #FOSS, my main OS has been #LinuxMint for 5 years now, and I have an old laptop for distrohopping, currently using #Manjaro and #Debian. My secondary OS is #macOS.
I saw this in a WhatsApp chat group about Cuba. The #video was first posted on TikTok. My #Spanish is limited, so I have not listened to it yet. If someone can find a translation into English, please let us know.
Wow I really appreciate the feedback. After quite a bit of changes and home moves that disrupted alot of what selfhosted stuff I setup, a bit of disallusionment with doing it alone and difficulty staying connected with my nephew remotely these give me some good ideas. I need to find out more about Minecraft and hosting a server sounds like a good idea, I liked the simple coding with audio feedback as well. Its motivating me to get messgaing and chat sorted out as well. I am also going to see if I can find some shared #Spanish#languagelearning tools.
