I played a bit of Ragebound at a friend's place. If anything I was hoping Ragebound would be more retro, it felt too easy and hand-holdy compared to the brutal difficulty the franchise is known for. Levels also felt too simple


It's such a weird coincidence that Shinobi and Ninja Gaiden both made a comeback and released a throwback 2D platformer within one month

Good. Hopefully that plan involves less massive open world games with 2000 collectables that needs 150 hours to complete
