Sometimes also called the VRT tower This building is a freestanding concrete tower for radio & television transmission and was built between 1991 and 1994 for the VRT.
The concrete tower with mast is 302 meters high, has a diameter of 27 m at the base and 1.3 m at the top and is the tallest structure in Belgium.
De Gregorio & Partners was responsible for the architecture.

Antarctica-vakanties hebben ook een grote impact op het milieu. Elke reiziger is goed voor ongeveer 5 ton koolstofdioxide-uitstoot per reis, wat ruwweg gelijkstaat aan de hoeveelheid koolstofvervuiling die de gemiddelde persoon in een heel jaar produceert. Antarctica warmt sneller op dan de rest van de wereld en de stijgende temperaturen veranderen het landschap rond Ushuaia al...
