found an alpine linux installation that i used in 2022. when booting it up, it autologins as root and starts i3. the terminal is konsole and takes several seconds to start on that hardware. it runs oh-my-zsh with a custom theme. there is a cat binary in $PATH that is a lua script which multiplexes between bat, cat, lolcat and kitty image viewer for different file types, but the kitty case is commented out because kitty does not run due to lack of opengl 3 support. i have also found a copy of the gentoo handbook and a program called LiMP, which upon further research seems to be the "Lisp Masturbation Program". apparently that's just some sort of image viewer with tagging tho, like for a local booru or something. i believe i might have used it to view the 400 GB of scraped nhentai that I had on an external HDD. i was such a notorious gooner at 16 lmao

it's genuinely infuriating. I've been contributing to foss projects since 14. it's helped me so much with my personal growth and development of technical skills (they are lit. all self taught) which I've then used to get a well-paying job doing what I love at 18. but no, go do your assignments, they're important. how about go fuck yourself

minors are not some sort of underdeveloped tadpole without a functioning brain. in fact, humans (after birth) do not have two clearly discernable phases of development. minors are full and complete people, inexperienced and naive at times (but aren't we all to some degree), they have thoughts, emotions, dreams, motivations outside of what the adult world has designated to them
