July is Tuesday. In good news we are only short $1750 for July bills and mortgage. Thanks to your generous support, the rest is covered. Huge shout out to everyone who bought something from my shop. Any leads on DevOps positions in Arizona are welcomed. We can't afford to relocate but we are open to it if paid for.
June is coming to an end. Sadly, no good news on the job front.
Please help and/or share.
I'm reaching the end of my cope. In addition to wondering how to cover our monthly bills, wondering if the government will take away my healthcare (I am on Medicaid) and nutrition assistance. Coping is hard. It's just all really hard right now.
I'm so grateful for the support and friendship. Y'all keep hope alive.
My dental saga continues. My insurance will pay for the extractions but not general anesthesia. After I get medical clearance from my cardiologist, I'll get the problem teeth out while awake. I'm sure it will do wonders for my dental anxiety.
No movement on the job front, sadly. Still hoping though. Joy's pension benefits won't start until August. So no income except what sales I get. https://www.dragonwolfdesigns.com
Just got another bill. This time for CPAP supplies. $70 if anyone can help. Joy just got a new sleep test and a new machine so this copay is a tiny fraction of the cost.
I'm still waiting to get approval for anesthesia for my oral surgery. Meanwhile, eating is challenging. The plan is to get all four of my wisdom teeth out along with the two problem teeth. Yes, at 56, I still have all my wisdom teeth. Whee!
Other ways to help if you are so inclined. Gift cards for Chewy or other pet supply stores. My cats like Fancy Feast pate, churru treats, temptations and greenies. Catnip toys, kickers, and scratchers.
The parrot eats zupreem with fresh nuts and dried fruits to round out his diet. He's a Catalina Macaw and needs large parrot toys to destroy.
It's June in a few hours. We have no resources left. We might be able to scrape together a mortgage payment. The power bill arrived yesterday. It's $207.
Went for an emergency dental visit. I now need to see an oral surgeon to have two teeth extracted. Plus I have a list of dental offices that offer low cost care as well as the local dental schools. Medicaid only pays for emergency dental for folks over 26, btw.
Did I mention that I have severe anxiety around dental care?
