Here's a hello. I live in London. I teach , love and play in a band. I scroll a lot but don't toot so much. I'd like more conversations but the am a bit . I'd love to follow more people who aren't convinced they know all the answers. I don't really trust msm, big pharma, politicians, celebrities and pretty much anyone who is super rich. No, I will not share Mastodon's post because they are already too big as an instance and therefore have too much influence.
In addition, their app still defaults to their own instance instead of offering a choice. Until that changes, I will not share anything.

I have MH issues. I’ve been medicated for the last few years, which has, by and large, helped me to be ‘normal’(whatever the fuck that is). However, in the last few weeks I’ve gone decidedly ‘off the boil’ - missing things at work, retreating from friends, zoning out. Took time to reflect at the weekend, and admitted that I needed help again.

What is the best way to share video content in the Fediverse? I've been searching around for a good answer but can't seem to find one.

I do try to be considerate of an instance's limitations and don't want to overload a system by directly uploading videos.
