Finished of my first month for the challenge.

Pretty happy with these. This month I'm going for the (hopefully) more straight forward snotling pump wagon.

Orctober done! I aimed at matching my black orc from last year and I am very pleased. I'll be entering it in MPO Online, but here are a few things I'd like to change before:

  1. The blade of the axe. It was supposed to suggest a ground reflection but it's not really working
  2. The chest light is too strong. That's what I get for attaching the head as the last step
  3. The chain mail kinda sucks, especially on the back where there is so much of it

The fuel train from Belarus is wondering, if helping Putin was a good choice.

There are many videos of this incident in Smolensk, eastern Russia, and in some of them you can see typical cylindrical fuel cars that have been destroyed.

Luckily for the Russians, Putin has focused on transitioning away from fossil fuels, because wind energy will save them through the long cold winter months, and… no wait… that’s Finland. My bad.

Trump has now halted the aid to Ukraine, he has stopped the taskforce responsible for seizing Russian assets, he has stopped the work to keep Ukraine's energy grid going, and he has closed down US offensive cyber operations against Russia.

Washington has fallen.

Actually, ( actually) was looking to subjugate as early as 1991 following the ‘agreements’ which ‘guaranteed’ Ukrainian territorial integrity (The US was a party to these agreements btw). The was instigated by Russia in 2004 in the Donbas region where it fomented secession and supported secessionists with military weapons to prepare a beachead for Russian . All of this well before any Interference in US elections. More to the point, Ukrainian troops have been in close combat with the since then.

So to say the US has borne the brunt of Russian agression because they interfered in domestic politics (as it does in every social democracies) is a bit of a laugh to be honest.

Or have I got the wrong end of the stick here? You tell me.

VOA - President Biden seeks to persuade G7 leaders to potentially provide up to $50 billion in loans for Ukraine’s war effort by using interest from frozen Russian assets held in Western financial institutions.https://www.voanews.com/a/biden-looks-to-persuade-g7-leaders-to-endorse-50b-loan-for-ukraine-using-interest-from-russian-assets-/7647308.html

@w7voa @Npars01 This is a fine idea. The only thing that would be better is liquidating the assets, which should be enough money to sidestep the GOP appropriations CF for years
