I was wondering why anyone would want to wear this, here are their claims:
FDA-registered & clinically proven to support mood balance, skin vitality, and pelvic health from the core outward.
All-new VCSEL Laser + LED fusion delivers deep penetration and full-area coverage for root-level wellness improvement.
660nm + 1064nm laser targets the intimate core to support hormone balance, helping calm emotions and ease stress.
Deep laser stimulation enhances micro-circulation to support urinary comfort and strengthen the pelvic floor.
660 + 850 + 1064nm LED coverage boosts collagen renewal across the abdomen and hips to smooth texture and reduce wrinkles.
So essentially, this will iron your ball sack, or so they claim. I don't know why anyone would like that, but ok...
"This music video was produced using traditional methods, with real actors and several days of filming at LAMY Studios, supported by TRIMARAN VFX, which provided over 20,000 hours of rendering. The elements of the universe, imagined by Seth Ickerman, were modeled and animated in 3D using classic techniques, as part of a project that spanned more than a year and a half.
Although artificial intelligence now plays an increasingly important role in many productions, its use in this project remained limited, mainly to automate certain repetitive technical tasks or make minor adjustments to details. Even in these specific cases, the AI was systematically reworked so as never to compromise the overall artistic coherence. Contrary to popular belief, its contribution here remains very limited and marginal in relation to the project as a whole." Seth Ickerman.
I agree with you the art-direction of this video is a sensory overload. I think this was a conscious choice of the director.
Why would you want a majority of people using the same distribution? It's much better if users are distributed relatively equally among a hand full of distributions. More options with good developers and community support is better. In case something bad happens to one, it's no problem switching to the next one over. Look at examples from the past: Ubuntu, CentOS
The only ads I can't automatically block are the posters in the street. Luckily there are good regulations in place about that where I live, so it's not all that bad. But I am pretty upset when I have to stare at a 5x3 meters large AI generated slop-ad during my train commute. What are they thinking? This all looks uncanny as hell.
Honest to gods, this conversation happened today, and it may have cost me a job opportunity. The customer was super impressed with my menu design and animation, and wanted to know who we got it from. "I used Gim... and an online program, Canva to animate it." "Im sorry, Gim?" "Umm, GIMP. It stand for GNU Image Manip..." "GIMP?? Like the suit?" "No, not like the suit." why, gimp dev!? }

The green electricity part is debatable. From my balcony I have a very nice view of the giant smoke stack from the coal power plant and on the other direction the giant smoke stack from the sewage treatment plant where they burn solid wastes, I hope to recover some energy, although I am not sure about that.
Le Pen was seen as the potential front-runner to succeed President Emmanuel Macron in the 2027 election until last year’s ruling
They actually meant:
She is pushed as a front-runner by a massive propaganda effort orchestrated by christo-fascist billionaires, Vincent Bolloré, Pierre-Emmanuel Sterin and the likes.

pihole: DNS ad-blocker abd also a DNS (and optionally DHCP) server for your home
Wireguard: VPN very simple to setup, for remote access to your services from outside your home. What I do: wireguard is running (as a server) on a VPS, with all the security measures in place (ssh password login turn off, firewall bocks everything but wireguard and ssh connection changed to another port, failban) then my NAS at home connects to this VPS, as well as my phone, laptop, etc.
Caddy: reverse proxy to address your service using your domain, it's easy to setup, actually it's the only reverse proxy I managed to setup successfully 😅. You can use the Nameservers from your domain provider to point to your NAS via the wireguard IP address for connection from the outside, and Pihole DNS to point to local IP address when at home.

I use to drink exclusively French press for a long time, but I found out recently that pour-over gives you much more flavors from the same beans, nice flavors.
Pour-over is my favorite method now, but I will go back to French press for lower quality coffee, coffee too roasted for my taste or pre-grinded, because under these conditions, French press will be able to salvage a pretty tasty coffee out of it, while pour-over will extract more bad flavors.

While the Asahi Linux project has made good progress on bringing Linux to Apple Silicon hardware, much of the success and in turn upstreaming to the Linux kernel has been around the aging M1 and M2 Macs. original manufacturer stopped supporting the device -> Linux
More specifically for the Mx MacBooks, they are best in class laptops in terms of battery life, performance per Watt, if you get all the drivers right that is. People like these devices in general but which they could use something else than Mac OS. They are by far the most wildly spread ARM computer on the user market today, which makes these prim candidates for Linux support, worthwhile to spend the effort and large community interest in this project.
People I went in Highschool with are all pretty cool. I have kept in touch with a few even though I live in a different country now. I would be pretty shocked to see one of them at the grocery store.
Flashing GrapheneOS is pretty easy. On Linux you may have few complications: you must install Chromium or Chrome in order for the USB flashing to work (feature not available with Firefox). You may have to also manually set some permissions for the device in order for it to be detected in Chromium/Chrome.

As a customer, the only self checkout worth having is the kind you mostly find in clothing stores, where you dump all your purchases in a tub and RFID does it's magic to detect all the items in a second. You pay, you pack, you go. Only once have I encountered it in a grocery store (REWE in Hamburg) and it works even with the fruits and vegetables! The printed label you get from the scale in the fruits and veggies section also has RFID ! Magic. All the rest is absolutely trash, it's annoying and doesn't saves time at all unless you have less than 5 items.

Are you open to buying second hand ? Maybe try to find a Prusa i3 MK3 in good conditions on the market. Mine has been super reliable for many years (excluding the MMU 💩). Not the fastest nor most feature rich printer by today's standards, but a damn reliable one.
Two-panel meme image. Top panel: A man in a black polo shirt and blue jeans stands beside a container with water pouring into it; the container features “FLEX TAPE” branding. Text overlay reads “ANY MAJOR ISSUES WITH WINDOWS”. Bottom panel: A close - up of a hand using a tool to smooth liquid on a glass surface. Text overlay reads “INSTALLING LINUX”. The meme humorously contrasts the perceived difficulty of Windows issues with the smooth ease of installing Linux, using the Flex Tape analogy to highlight the difference.
