@soatok You dropped the "A." prefix for the last two answers, although maybe on purpose. I thought I'd mention though.

I think this kind of policy page is a great idea. Have you considered having a contact email for these kinds of inquiries which just answers with a "No, thank you. To know why, read this"? So if they mindlessly send an email to "[email protected]" their questions are answered.

@soatok Go on walks while listening to a podcast, climbing, read fictions on Royal Road (Let me recommend Super Supportive if you haven't read it yet) and lots of YouTube (I recently discovered NileRed, cool dude)

I'm also considering learning how to DM for Dungeons and Dragons, fueled by the YouTube algorithm
