@TheBreadmonkey This was all triggered by us playing Cinnamon Girl last night as an encore, and what a joyous racket it was- I gotta think on the Bowie thing, maybe something off Lodger? That’s a seriously weird album. Also I adore The Ig and that was one of the first songs of his I heard when I was a mere sprat.

I’m going to write the Iggy Pop story proper one of these days- he radically changed my life.

A relaxing Sunday of
6 am Lengthy meditation.
7 am Start watering lawn
7:15 am Coffee!
8 am move sprinkler, speaker with trees.
8:30-9 am Update Indeed profile, more coffee.
9 am move sprinkler again.
10 am hardware store run
11 am shower and shave for:
1 pm 25th birthday brunch with future daughter-in-law. My son is one lucky kid because she’s absolutely wonderful!
3 pm short food-induced coma
4 pm practice music.
5-7 pm general chores, interspersed with a bit of lounging about.
7-9 pm, catch up on reading magazine backlog — 4 issues to go!
9 pm to 5 am restless, fitful sleep.
