As I'm coming up on my jetbrains renewal, I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for open source (that accepts donations) or subscription based ides.
Ideally something with a solid language/framework auto complete or hinting system. That also isn't shoving genAI/agentic into the product.
I've had a lot of trouble setting up getting language servers working nicely, so trying to avoid sublime text. I mainly code in python/js but also dabble in c/c++.

Geany 2.1.0 released for Haiku (64bit), thanks to @3dEyes for fixing the keymaps on wayland-server Geany becomes usable! (same with any GTK application on Haiku)!
