Photo of a sketch in progress. The photo reference of a crow/raven is on an ipad at the top of the photo. Below is a sketchbook page with the bird partially sketched in black ink.
Two sketchbook pages with teal ink drawings drawn with a fountain pen. The top page has two crow drawings, the left one with a full bird standing on a rock and the right a closeup of the head and torso of a crow. The date 4/7/24 is written next to the left bird. The bottom page has four rectangles framing small plant and tree drawings. The top left has a drawing of a tree, the top middle has a drawing of a bamboo forest, and the top right a drawing of some bamboo. The bottom drawing is a long and thin drawing of lotuses and lilies in water. The date 4-7-24 is written at the top.

To the right of that drawing is a Corvid flying to the left and some hearts. To the right of this drawing is a close up of a bird with the word Boop. At the far right is a crow standing on a rock and looking down. Below is a baby Corvid and the word Baby. At the bottom left is a Corvid with its mouth open looking to the right. A regal raven emerges from the shadows in this cinematic digital painting, its sleek feathers catching the light with dramatic contrast. Deep shades of blue and charcoal meet warm amber highlights, creating a sense of mystery and wisdom. The detailed textures and atmospheric background give this portrait a bold, moody feel-perfect for adding intrigue and elegance to any space
A totem pole with a single raven on the top, roosted, looking toward the sky, with snow on his/her shoulders. The sun is peaking through and highlighting the wooden pole. All around are snowy spruce trees, boughs heavy with snow and glistening in the sunlight.
Sketchbook page with the text Noodler Red Black / Sailor Fude 45 degrees at the top. Below and to the left is the date 5/16/2024. There are three drawings of crow heads, with two taking up most of the page. The two main crow heads are looking to the left and the right, and seem to be connected. There is text and an arrow pointing to the heads, saying whoops, 2 headed crow? The crow on the right has its mouth open. There is one more smaller crow drawing on the bottom right. The left side has text saying, good in between smoothness of nib between Jinhao and 55 degree Sailor.
A sketchbook page opened to a drawing of a raven's skull with the words "Quoth the raven" written underneath, the entire thing rendered in pencil. The sketchbook is being held resting on the artist's lap as she sits on a park bench, with a scattering of yellow orange autumn leaves visible on the ground, creating a frame around the sketchbook page.
This is a habit of drawing something every time I feel the urge to scroll unnecessarily. It helps stop the bad habit and start a new good habit of sketching daily!

Illustration created with sepia ink, watercolor, and acryla gouache featuring a raven about to land on the branch of a corkscrew willow tree at night. There is a full moon behind the branches, and a band of magical sparkles flowing around the bird.
Illustration of a raven, perched on a branch. Behind the bird is a green paper texture, with gradients of blue and pine green at the top and bottom. Surrounding the bird is crosshatching a bokeh lighting effect, and a double halo of blue and white light.
Raven foraging in a bed of mussels on the rugged coast of Vancouver Island. There were a few ravens looking for a tasty snack on this big outcrop covered by mussels as the tide was rolling in.
