..frump is deliberately re-traumatising us so we are physically, mentally & emotionally debilitated to such extend that we can't rise up.

my artidote is: ignore them, set limits & boundaries to how much you listen to & watch this kind of , & focus on your & your .

off course, we need ppl to be on top of this but please ⛔️ & think whether you are resilient enough to take it in.
