Something similar happened to me with Doom 64 and it stayed like that for a while, until Proton 9 was released. There was also a temporary solution but I don’t remember what was it. Though you probably can find it on Doom 64’s ProtonDB page.

You can try GE-Proton from version 9 I guess, unless you haven’t already tried that.

At least nowadays it’s so much easier to find FreeDOS laptops. I remember that it was not a thing here 20 years ago, and Windows was included in the warranty so you couldn’t remove it for at least 2 years (*if you care about warranty*).

With the voucher the 60% discount turns into 65%. Knowing Square, I highly doubt we’ll see a similar discount later. 60% is still good though.

That’s probably a really remote chance but I would count it good if we get even X/X-2, XIII, and maybe pixel remasters.

[Solved] Can I dirty-install "MicroG for LineageOS" ROM over regular LineageOS?

I have a Redmi Note 9 (merlinx) and currently have LineageOS 20 (which is the last official ROM). It’s generally fine but I have some problems with a couple apps, so I need MicroG to fix this. I don’t want to go bunch of hoops to install it on my current system if possible. Would dirty-installing the same ROM with MicroG pre-installed applicable? Or do I need a clean install if I want to go that way?

We have a Macbook Air mid 2013 and no matter what distro I tried, making wi-fi work was pain due to Broadcom drivers and not having ethernet port. Basically had to install the drivers via phone tethering.

Apparently gnome-schedule is quite old and unmaintained. I want to help a friend with this and it shouldn’t be a commandline option, has to be GUI. Something like kcron, task scheduler on KDE.
