    I hope this forces Iran to stop arming Russia in their war on Ukraine. Iran must be stockpiling munitions and drones which ideally will not be sent to help Russia now.

      To my knowledge the shaheds Russia uses are pretty much all produced domestically at this point.

        Both Russia and Iran build the drones, even if Russia is building the majority now. (I would speculate that the Iranian versions are much better quality.)

    I came into this article ready to laugh at these subs but the writer strikes a good claim for their utility.

      Yeah I don’t think this is a bad strategic choice for Iran, it is just the submarine equivalent of trying to fight a guerrilla war I guess.

    Reminds me of the Sea baby drones Ukraine is using to harass Russia’s fleet with to great effect. This could really go sideways.
