Stop censoring swear words, this is the internet, we’re adults (and children who have their internet time and usage monitored and protected appropriately), not babies.
I didn’t even read whatever the post was supposed to be, the censorship jumped out and was so egregiously all over the place.
Whoever made this seems to think we’re all weak little babies who can’t handle a naughty word. I’m sick of it.
Fuck censorship.

102·6 days agoMaybe it’s because people drive them away from other spaces by doing things like calling them weird pseudo-slurs like “Normies”, instead of engaging with them as valid human beings with different lives, experiences and interests who don’t always want exactly what we want.
Thanks, I appreciate it, the image is very calming ♥️

I really enjoyed Shadows of Doubt, I hope they get enough attention to be able to keep developing it to finish rounding it out.
It’s perfectly fun as it is, but more complexity/variation in crimes will help it feel fresh and repayable for longer :-D
Man, I love knocking on someone’s door and as I hear the key in the lock turn, I ram the door open, knocking them out, and giving me a few minutes to search their house for clues…
Oh Walter… What about Peter?

Use that day to remove all the barriers to remaining a dictator and also change the definition of dictator,
Profit!
This would have been quite poignant and an historic image, had some child not copy pasted pictures of cartoon eyes onto that brave woman’s arse, making a mockery of their fight against fascism, presumably to discredit her and support the US Gestapo.
These people are everyday heroes, I don’t think I could do what they do, as much as I would want to. I have nothing but respect for people like her <3
This isn’t a beautiful chart. What should be a pie chart has been turned into… Whatever this is?
It gives a cognitive emotional bias to the viewer of Google physically pushing it’s competitors out to the fringes, to the edge, etc. Shouldn’t introduce any extra bias on top of the data.

World News@lemmy.world•Greenland: Vance warns Europe to take Trump 'seriously'English
15·11 days agoWe are taking him seriously, that’s why we’re improving our defences and strengthening our resolve to defend ourselves from military aggression.
Would Europe and her allies “win” a war with the USA? Difficult to say, depends what the win conditions are. Maybe not.
But she’s got enough strength to make it a many years long affair, ending in nukes if up against the wall. Europe may not win, but it’ll be a pyrrhic victory for the invaders.
Hopefully that knowledge will persuade the USA not to wage war against us. The best outcome is peace and international cooperation through mutual trust and a strong moral center.
We can only hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.
