No corporation can legally force you to test their drugs unless you willingly sign some legally binding agreement consenting to being tested on. There are a very few corporations who test experimental drugs prior to public release and offer to pay some kind of compensation, but I doubt IBM or Ford are going to force an employee to have drugs tested on them as a matter of contractual employment.
4·9 days agoYou could do both, I reckon. You can try to fix the part while having a new one on stand by. If your repair fails, you’ll have the new part ready to go and it’ll’ve cost you the $14 and you holding the new part for however long it took for the repair to fail (the repair might work well for quite a long while.)
Buying the new part is of course the simpler option.
