    Look I’m not a landlord stan but there’s more to it. Like for example, ignoring my messages about broken fridge.

      Okay that’s not totally fair. Landlords do provide some upkeep on the apartments. Like for example, painting over the patches of black mold before showing the apartment to a potential victim tenant.

        Let’s not forget the very important and frankly complicated job of making up shit to withhold your security deposit over. Who else is gonna find that scratch that was pre-existing? That’s a job for someone with eagle eyes
