I can鈥檛 see any mention of the feature being delayed. I鈥檓 on the iOS 26 RC, I鈥檓 on an iPhone 16 Pro with Apple Intelligence, and my AirPods Pro 2 are on the latest beta firmware 8A343a. So, I believe it should work. (As per Apple鈥檚 availability overview.) Yet I don鈥檛 see any option to enable it in Settings or in the iOS Translation app.
Has anyone figured it out yet?

Not to be ironic, but have you tried asking Apple Intelligence about the issue?
It鈥檚 possible they haven鈥檛 enabled it on the Apple Intelligence backend yet.
