      Duties and Responsibilities:

      Qualifications

      • High school diploma is required. Post secondary education is an asset.

      • Have excellent interpersonal skills, such as patience and empathy.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills
      • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

      • Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining

      • Lead and manage the wine program and sommelier team, maintaining the property's distinguished wine collection and standards
