If you want to make people understand why they should not use AI, i now phrase it like this:
Every time you have any problem, instead of hiring an expert, hire an actor. It's not that i hate actors, but it is legit what the AI is doing. It is acting like someone who knows these things.
Need a doctor? Hire Hugh Laurie.
Need a chemist? Hire Richard Dean Anderson (Yes, i know :blobcatgiggle:).

Can this whole quote stuff be fixed at some point? Ever since there was talk of the feature things have been nothing but broken and half of the posts i see still somehow are broken, with the quote link missing until i press reply. I preferred it when the link was just there and i had to search for it, even if that was super annoying too, it's still better than this.
Thoughtful, provocative, minimal and daring: John "Dgar" O'Hare wrote a song about another, perhaps just as famous, John.
It's a story as old as time, told in proper bardic fashion, and underlined with little else but military drums. It's a journey back to simpler times, when all we needed for a good recounting was a campfire, one or two instruments, and a group of friends. Perhaps some alcohol.
And what is it about? A dramatic tale of fleeing an oppressive system, to learn the really is a better way, a better place, which you can reach. A hard journey perhaps, not without drama and loss, but worth it, all the same.
All this is framed by O'Hares talented voice, certainly in a unique fashion.
My verdict: You simply MUST give this a listen. It is well worth your time. Perhaps some alcohol, too.

I have come to the realization that fedi is not a place to share music.
How do i know? I went to a website to pick a random word, posted it and got more interaction than when i made a post, which, like many of the things i post, contained music. Music seems to be the ultimate showstopper here, the end to all discussion, and i dunno ... i don't want to bore anyone.
I have asked why this is the case and never got an answer, so i have no idea what to improve or what the problem is, i tried many different genres of music so that's not the issue either. I used hastags, i didn't use hastags, i added a description, i skipped the description.
Maybe my taste in music is just horrible? :neocat_confused:
