I don't know if there are many other people at the intersection of playing and , but just in case:

I just published my first Vintage Story mod. It adds a simple immersive knitting process to make cloth from twine. I couldn't believe no other mods had added a proper knitting process yet!

You can download it free at https://mods.vintagestory.at/knitting

Please enjoy this ridiculous thing I made for my new bathroom. My self-assigned brief was:

  • Store bulk toilet roll in that convenient space over the cistern,
  • In a way where you can easily grab a new roll from sitting on the toilet,
  • Without risk of toilet roll avalanches when you do so.

It's a dispenser loaded from top, with a sloped bottom that leads down to a hole at the bottom corner to take one roll at a time.

It is not neat or polished but it DOES work.

The empty box standing on a table, viewed from above. There's a panel down the middle of the box which divides it into two sections, each just wide enough for one layer of rolls.
Lower angle view of the empty box which shows the slanted bottom panel.

Does a suitcase like this exist? And if not, why?

I don't understand why everyone is fine with the standard practise that in order to pull even the largest and heavist suitcase, you have to tip it on its side and therefore carry most of its weight with one hand.

I can't be the only person in the world who's capable of walking (sometimes) but NOT capable of lifting half my weight with one arm at the same time?? What do other disabled people do?

disability@a.gup.pe icon Disability group I know there are cases that have four wheels on the short side, but if it's full and heavy, and/or on a slightly rough surface (like outside), then you can't actually keep it upright while pulling it because the handle is coming from the top.

Those four-wheeled shopping trolleys sort of look like the right shape, but the handle is at a fixed angle and meant for pushing, so I think it would still tip if you tried to pull it full of heavy luggage.

A story about discrimination and :

In November, me and @cassolotl made a train journey, as we often do. We were both using wheelchairs, so we booked passenger assistance in advance (as is recommended). We were told the spaces on our trains had been reserved for us.
