We should never forget, not one second of the horror. Even as we seem to with each passing year..……. We also seemed to have forgotten the horror of the first world war was caused by a rich elite playing power games (as usual) in fact most of this man’s ancestors…..The rich egomaniacs are on the rise once more, dividing and shit stirring in the name of patriotism…. NEVER FORGET
The former #Tory equalities minister, Kemi #Badenoch again showing she is no friend of working women and their families today:
“Maternity pay varies, depending on who you work for. But statutory maternity pay is a function of tax, tax comes from people who are working. We’re taking from one group of people and giving to another. This, in my view, is excessive.
Businesses are closing, businesses are not starting in the UK, because they say that the burden of regulation is too high.”
#Cameron shows himself again to be self-serving lazy, lying brass necked Etonian mess…and people died because this man who wanted a bonfire of ‘red tape’ and to ridicule health and safety culture was #Tory PM.
Claiming that fire safety was exempt from his ideological removal of regulations is a flat out lie.
What are the likes of Musk, Trump and some of the other multi-Billionaires really up too
are they trying to kill our Democracies and bring in Dictatorships ruled by the super-rich far right winger?
I think they are, and I think it is time now that we and the Leaders of the Democracy’s stood up to them and start to bring them to account for the damage they have and are trying to do, for greed

@GeofCox@Tallish_Tom I voted #Green because I wanted to make it clear to both the #SNP and #Labour that you can't build a better society on a dead planet. I didn't expect the Greens to win, and they didn't; so I've ended up with a #Tory MP again, and yes, that is to some extent my fault. But the planet will be just as dead on Labour or SNP policies as it would on Tory ones, so I'm not persuaded I was wrong.
Here's an article about some of the ways the #media and political opponents smear #Corbyn
"It serves a double purpose for the #Tory establishment to point the finger at Corbyn over Russia. It distracts from its own long collaboration with Vladimir #Putin and his oligarchs."
This profile piece of #Green Party leaders, Adrian #Ramsay + Carla #Denyer paints them as dull technocrats…but it’s clear the writer has never interviewed either of them.
Poor journalism.
I’ve seen Ramsay speak in person and Denyer on tv - what comes across is their professionalism and passion. Isn’t that what we want from politicians after 14 chaotic #Tory years?
'For years this has been described by water companies and politicians as a problem of “Victorian” sewers.' 'In fact, modern sewers are the problem. Very little of the British sewer system – less than 1 per cent, in some areas – is Victorian, and it is not the Victorian sections that are responsible for the most spills.'
'The £78bn that has been distributed to shareholders since privatisation has been extracted entirely from the public. The £96bn the industry says is needed to fix the system by 2030 will also come from the public.'
