don't think I've ever seen my ovata crassula (Jade plant) flower before and I've had it for quite a while, but it seems to be happy enough for it the last few weeks
A tiny world tucked between wood and stone. Succulents in pastel and vibrant tones create their own miniature garden – as if nature was sculpting in miniature. Quiet, detailed magic you can only appreciate up close.
Photo of a 7-inch terracotta pot containing blooming carrion flowers covered in raindrops during a bright, cloudy morning. The wet Stapelia grandiflora "Carrion Plant" has a dozen or so vibrant green stems bearing five flower buds across them. Two of the buds have opened into 4-inch, reddish-purplish, star-shaped flowers covered in fine hairs, while the other three look about to bloom. The pot sits on a damp wooden table, surrounded by other potted succulents and cacti.

Looking straight down at a bunch of bright, neon green plants. They are circular with guitar pick shaped leaves that open like a rose but resemble cacti more than a lush green plant. Next to all of them are much smaller marble sized offshoots that can be moved about on the soil before they begin to flourish like the larger ones.

Coffee (the first I’ve had in a couple of months) & cake for breakfast. Yum.
Received a sweet gift of a succulent dish garden — my very first in a lifetime of gardening. 😬
Found a hidden grove of blooming “Ingrid Bergman” roses growing at least 15 feet straight up to find sunlight. Amazing what a bit of shrub trimming accomplished, and also amazing how persistent roses can be.
Heart-shaped container enclosing several small, multicolored succulents, surrounded by moss. Background is a floral rug in the same colors as the container & plants.
A Blue Prince echevaria with blue and dark teal rosettes of leaves tipped in a purple blush floats on a black background to the left of center of the digital painting. To the right side, a pup and a flower spike shoot to the side and up, where leaves take on a reddish purple hue, and bright pink and orange flowers with large calyxes drape in large arcs.
I have this available in all my shops! Wear stuff from Bonfire, grab prints or cards at InPRNT, stickers+ more at Redbubble.

I did it! 31 days of color swatches and #succulents for #paletteuary2025. This variegated string of hearts should have been day 27, for a nice bubblegum pink color.
Thanks to all of you who have been following along on this.
A digital painting of variegated string of hearts. A vine coiled all back on itself is covered with heart shaped leaves that are pink at the edges and green/gray towards the centers, which have an almost crackly texture around the leaf veins. The heart points are edged in gold leaf.
RT = 💜
