    Using (an uptodate) KDevelop is a handy IDE for Haiku (as there are others like the native Genio IDE). :)

    For anyone on Haiku running Kasts (podcast player) and run into error about authentications, check the system timezone/sync preferences, fixed it for me after the new install.

    24.05.0 has been released a few weeks ago.

    Highlights for this release are:

    • Chapter marks in the play position slider
    • Double-clicking on the systray icon to pause/unpause playback
    • App-based proxy settings
    • Persistent filters on episode lists, e.g. to show only unplayed episodes
    • Interval-based automatic check for new podcast episodes
    • Option to show the podcast name on episodes in lists
    • Option to show the podcast image instead of the episode image in lists
