🚨 The Palestinian Center for the Missing and Forcibly Disappeared revealed that Bisan Fayad’s family was handed a body with her clothes and ID in January 2024, only to later learn she is still alive in zionist prisons and paralyzed from a spinal injury.
This incident reveals the occupation’s tampering with bodies and handing them over without proper identification.
The Center condemned the incident as a double crime of enforced disappearance and deception, saying it reflects the plight of hundreds of Palestinian families. Dozens of Gazans are held without knowledge of their fate. The Center called on the international community to act urgently to uncover their fate.
🚨 Sources from the family of the prisoner Musab Shtayyeh, held by the Palestinian Authority, revealed that yesterday the PA security forces assaulted him, resulting in his transfer to the hospital in critical condition.
Communication between Musab and his family was cut off. The family later learned that Musab had declared a hunger strike, and as a result, he is being harassed, stripped of all his personal belongings, and deprived of the most basic necessities of life in prison.
The family holds the PA fully responsible for the life of the imprisoned commander Musab Shtayyeh who has been in PA prisons for over 1050 days.
In the words of Musab; "Oppress as much as you want; I don't beg you for mercy... On the Day of Resurrection, we resort to Allah."
🚨 The prisoners held in Palestinian Authority prisons — and simultaneously wanted by the occupation forces — Ahmad Yassin Shabrawi, Tariq al-Younis, and Musab Shtayyeh, have all declared a hunger strike in protest of their continued detention and the recent raid in which PA forces assaulted prisoners inside the Preventive Security prison in Beitunia, confiscated their belongings, subjected them to near-strip searches, and transferred them to overcrowded cells that ignore their fragile health conditions.
In a statement, the family of Tariq al-Younis compared the recent PA raid and assault to the brutality of Ben Gvir’s forces, who enforce the zionist policy of slow executions inside the prisons. Just a few days ago, Ben Gvir himself raided the cell of Marwan Barghouti and threatened his life. It is no surprise that the treacherous Palestinian Authority is using the same horrific tactics on Palestinian prisoners in PA prisons. These brutal methods of torture and abuse is the "sacred coordination" practiced by the Palestinian Authority.
In a statement, the family of the prisoner Musab Shtayyeh said that he suffers from chronic health issues, making his situation especially dangerous. His family appeals for urgent international intervention and holds the Preventive Security leadership fully responsible for his life and safety.
🚨 Lawyer Hassan Abbadi visited prisoner Shaima Fathi Zeidan Khazem from #Jenin camp. Shaima described severe conditions in "Damon prison", reporting that during recent suppressions, female prisoners were taken to the yard without hijab or sleeves. Two were stepped on, and another was beaten. She detailed constant shouting, insults, beatings, lack of privacy, and arbitrary punishments.
It is worth noting that Shaima is the sister of the martyrs Raed and Abdelrahman Khazem from Jenin Camp.
🚨 The family of Mohammed Eid Nafi', a prisoner held by the Palestinian Authority from Tulkarem refugee camp, is making an urgent appeal for his release after he has spent more than seven months in Al-Junaid Prison. Nearly two months ago, a Palestinian court ordered his release, yet the security services have refused to comply. Mohammed appears in this photo next to his martyred brother "Izkihim," whose loss has deeply affected the family.
Their father, who underwent open-heart surgery and continues to suffer from both physical and emotional pain, and their grieving mother are pleading with everyone — particularly human rights organizations — to take serious action to ensure the court’s decision is implemented. They stress that Mohammed’s release is essential so he can help care for his parents and support the family.
They also call for the freedom of all political prisoners who, like Mohammed, have obtained release orders from Palestinian courts but remain imprisoned by the treacherous Authority.
After decades of relentless struggle and repeated delays, a French court has finally approved the release of Georges Abdallah, the iconic Lebanese resistance fighter and the longest-held political prisoner in Europe.
The decision, made today, July 17, 2025, mandates his release later this month on the condition that he leave France and not return.
Abdallah, eligible for release since 1999, has endured 40 years of unjust imprisonment. His freedom has been consistently obstructed by immense zionist and US pressure. Previous court approvals, including one in 2013 and another in November 2024 for a December 6, 2024 release, were overturned due to this external intervention. In June 2025, the decision was again postponed until today.
It was revealed in 2015 that Hillary Clinton herself ordered the French Foreign Minister to keep Georges imprisoned, absurdly claiming the 72-year-old "may return to the battlefield."

Georges Abdallah, from his humble Lebanese village of Al-Qoubaiyat, was inspired by the revolutionary broadcasts of the PFLP and went on to form and lead the Lebanese Armed Revolutionary Factions (LARF). He was arrested in 1984, accused of involvement in the killings of a US military attache and a zionist diplomat in Paris in 1982.
To Georges, the trial was a farce, a tool of imperialism to obfuscate the complicity of the US and France in the bombing of his country. He neither confirmed nor denied the allegations, maintaining that the French state and its authorities are complicit in the occupation of Lebanon and Palestine.

Im Juli wurde die mutmaßlich linksextreme, non-binäre Person Maja von deutschen Behörden nach Ungarn ausgeliefert. Ihre Anwälte und das Bundesverfassungsgericht wurden überrumpelt.
Per Mobiltelefon hat Maja nun mit dem MDR gesprochen. Sie habe damit gerechnet, dass das Kammergericht für die Auslieferung entscheidet. Was sie jedoch überrascht habe, sei "die Art und Weise" der Auslieferung gewesen. Noch am Abend davor sei sie so naiv gewesen zu glauben, dass die sächsischen Behörden eine Prüfung seitens des Bundesverfassungsgerichts abwarten würden. In Dresden sei sie jedoch in den Morgenstunden von acht schwerbewaffneten Beamten in einem Polizeiwagen zum Flughafen gebracht worden, wo ein Helikopter bereitgestanden habe. Begleitet worden sei der Wagen von einer Eskorte von "mindestens zehn" Mannschaftswagen der Polizei. Straßen auf dem Weg seien abgesperrt gewesen. In den Hubschrauber hätten sie Beamte des #LKA begleitet.….
In den letzten Tagen wurde bekannt, dass Anklage gegen Hanna im Budapest-Komplex erhoben werden soll. Die Generalbundesanwaltschaft will Anklage wegen versuchtem Mord durchsetzen und erhöt damit den Druck auf alle Beschuldigten. Seit drei Monaten sitzt Maja T. im ungarischen Gefängnis. Majas Vater Wolfram Jarosch berichtet, was das bedeutet.

„Es war eine nächtliche Hauruck-Aktion, mit der Maja T. im Juni vergangenen Jahres von der JVA Dresden nach Budapest geschafft wurde. Nun haben die ungarischen Behörden Anklage gegen die 24-jährige, nonbinäre Thüringer*in erhoben, und fordern eine jahrelange Haftstrafe. Der Vorwurf: schwere Angriffe auf Teilnehmende des rechtsextremen Aufmarschs „Tag der Ehre“ in Budapest im Februar 2023….“

„Nachdem wir lange im Unklaren darüber waren, wie es mit Maja weitergeht, gibt es nun erschreckende Neuigkeiten. Die Staatsanwaltschaft Budapest hat ihre Ermittlungen gegen Maja beendet und erhebt nun Anklage: Sie fordert 14 Jahre Haft unter besonders strengen Haftbedingungen. Das ist, wie auch schon bei dem im gleichen Komplex bereits verurteilten Tobi als eine Art Deal zu verstehen, ein "Kompromiss" im Gegenzug für ein Geständnis.
Maja kann diese Anklage annehmen und durch die Abgabe eines Geständnisses direkt 14 Jahre absitzen. Bei einer Ablehnung des Deals wird Maja in Budapest der Prozess gemacht wobei dann mit der Forderung nach einer deutlich höheren Haftstrafe zu rechnen ist.
Wir sind entsetzt, ja wirklich fassungslos über die geforderte Strafe und das Vorgehen der ungarischen Justiz. Solche Deals sind dazu da, um Beschuldigte massiv unter Druck zu setzen und letztlich zu brechen. Bei Nicht-Eingehen des Deals folgt die weitere unsichere Situation, ein langwieriger Gerichtsprozess der sich über Jahre ziehen wird, die Weiterführung der Isolationshaft und die Möglichkeit auf eine noch höhere Haftstrafe.“

Gegen den „Tag der Ehre“ und dessen Teilnehmende – auch 2025
Jedes Jahr im Februar wird in Budapest Mitgliedern der Waffen-SS und ihrer ungarischen Kollaborateure als Märtyrer gedacht. Diese hatten 1944 erfolglos versucht, der Einkesselung durch die Rote Armee zu entkommen. Seit 1997 findet der sogenannte „Tag der Ehre“ statt. Mittlerweile wird er von der militanten ungarischen Nazi-Gruppierung Légió Hungária organisiert, die für Übergriffe auf Linke bekannt ist und 2018 ein jüdisches Gemeindezentrum in Budapest angegriffen hatte.
Im Februar 2023 kam es rund um den „Tag der Ehre“ zu Festnahmen von Antifaschist:innen, denen Angriffe auf Neonazis vorgeworfen werden. Europäische Haftbefehle und Fahndungsaufrufe hatten zur Folge, dass in den nächsten Wochen mehr als 10 Linke untertauchten, da klar war, dass es kein faires Verfahren in Ungarn geben wird….“
„Die von Ungarn beantragte Auslieferung von Maja T. war am 27. Juni 2024 vom zuständigen Berliner Kammergericht für rechtmäßig erklärt worden. Eine von T.s Anwälten erwirkte einstweilige Anordnung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts in Karlsruhe (Az.: 2 BvR 1103/24) am nächsten Morgen kam rund vier Stunden zu spät: T. war zum Zeitpunkt dieser Entscheidung schon über Österreich nach Ungarn gebracht worden. Die Anweisung an die Generalstaatsanwaltschaft Berlin, eine Übergabe zu verhindern und die Rückführung zu erwirken, blieb folgenlos.
Die Karlsruher Entscheidung sei juristisch "ein großer Erfolg", teilte Anwalt Richwin mit. Sie werde T. aber nicht ohne Weiteres aus der Isolationszelle führen. Er hoffe, dass die ungarischen Behörden jetzt zumindest Hafterleichterungen gewähren. Der Prozess solle am 21. Februar in Budapest beginnen. Gegen ein Geständnis ohne weitere Verhandlung seien 14 Jahre Haft angeboten worden, schilderte der Anwalt. Lasse T. sich darauf nicht ein, könne das Verfahren noch Jahre dauern…..“
"Uns erreichen besorgniserregende Nachrichten aus dem ungarischen Haftkrankenhaus, die wir selbst nicht weiter verifizieren oder konkretisieren können.
Maja hat heute, am 5. Juli 2025, in einem Telefonat mit der Familie von der Einschätzung der Ärzte des Haftkrankenhauses berichtet, in welchem Maja aktuell gefangen gehalten und betreut wird:
Maja wiege nur noch 65 kg und habe damit ca. 13 kg abgenommen.
-Leber und Niere seien nicht mehr in bester Verfassung.
-Es liegen erniedrigte Werte von Eisen, Phosphor, Vitamin K (wichtig für Blutgerinnung) und Hormonen vor.
-Der Bilirubin-Wert (ein Farbstoff aus dem Abbau des roten Blutfarbstoffes, der über die Leber/Galle ausgeschieden wird) sei erhöht.
-Es liegen Wassereinlagerungen am Fuß vor.
-Es seien Augenzuckungen beobachtet worden.
Die behandelnden Ärzte erklärten außerdem, dass sie sich nicht an Majas Patientenverfügung und an Majas Ablehnung von Zwangsbehandlung gebunden fühlen. Sie würden handeln, wenn sich Majas Zustand verschlechtere, ohne Rücksicht auf Majas erklärten Willen......"
