Es wird/wurde vermutlich im Raum Zürich oder in der Ostschweiz verwendet.
Ich konnte es im Idiotikon (Schweizer Mundartwörterbuch) nicht finden, und ich finde nichts dazu im Internet.

Okay so there's a letter from the car loan and a sudden "improvement" in my credit and that means the only reason I have a car to sell to Carmax is the ice and snow.
Right now I need about $4500 (which includes tax/tags/etc.) That's $100 from 40 people, $50 from 80, etc, plus a bit.
If I can't do that I need a full $7500 plus tax, tags, etc AND an uber 30 miles away AND hoping the seller is completely honest to have a viable vehicle that isn't effectively a waste of resources.
Time crunch here, it's starting to thaw. I have a day or so at most.

Kann man zb alle, denen man folgt, automatisch in eine Liste geben ohne, dass man diese Liste selbst aktualisieren muss? Oder kann man zb den Beiträgen, die sie teilen und selbst posten unterscheiden?

This is REALLY COOL. The 🤯 option for me personally is to be able to include only replies that members of the list sent to other members of the list. Great for "Local" lists, or lists for a busy topic bubble!

ich, ein IT noob, will zwischen mehreren Personen mit veschiedenen Endgeräten (windows-PC, Android Handy, Linux-PC) einen Kalender teilen. Der soll syncen und notifien usw. Google und Outlook fallen raus, welche FOSS Lösung gibt es da? Thunderbird mit angemietetem Server?

I am using nextcloud hosted on Pika Pods and it works fine but I want to do it myself.
I have a Dell desktop running Yunohost. After a few false starts got Nextcloud working on it. I believe NC is just too much.
Installed Syncthing on the Yunohost box and have tested with one laptop. Seems to work. Will add others and see.
Tested Unison on a laptop by syncing my Nextcloud folder to a test folder. Works great but not so sure about a server to laptops setup. Nervous I am.
Willing to delete Yunohost and install something else if a better idea.
All other computers will be MX Linux.
Lan only is all I need.
My skill level is low. GUI for me please (for the most part).
Could I ask #fediverse for some #fedihelp? What is currently best technical solution for writing a #blog where each blog post is an #ActivityPub message that is fully displayed on Mastodon? Last time I tried the #wordpress#integration#plugin, only links to the blogposts were displayed on Mastodon.
The ideal solution would actually be some integration with #quarto so I can flexibly integrate the blog in my page but other solutiona are just as welcome. Thank you in advance!
Thinking about how I should be using this account. I want to post more technical programming related stuff but kind of feel like I also want some more personal stuff here... With the latest #GrapheneOS update I get a very awful violet-dark-blue color forced on me in some elements. (background of the app switcher, pull down drawer background button background of the fingerprint sensor on lock screen) How the heck am I gonna change these colors back to what I need?
At the forum someone advised the wallpaper setting but I can't find color changing settings there.
To make things worse, I most likely use the wrong terms for these ui elements.

I missed the swipe to the "home screen" wallpaper settings that reveals the color settings needed.
I have found this before! But it was that long ago that I forgot where to look for it.

So far, so unspectacular. In the latest logs - spanning from 20/Nov/2025:01:49:32 to 21/Nov/2025:05:49:47 - I've had 2046 such requests. Most of these are one-time affairs.
However, 1099 of these requests are from mastodon.sdf.org , which is very suspicious. They are very evenly spread, too - a new request comes every minute or two.
This instance is on #Mastodon 4.1.25. Does this version have a known bug where it sends the same request over and over again?
