@Unitedblindleaders hope you guys are keeping tabs on these age verification moves by various platforms locking out #blind and #disabled users, #Discord is about to start this for everyone and the #OurBlind server already had members in the UK get locked out when that first rolled out there. Would be nice to see some proactive action on this, particularly before other platforms follow suit as they are likely to do, maybe get something figured out that is both #accessible and not a privacy mess, and discriminatory, as providing ID that disabled people are less likely to have is. Deplatforming large online spaces for already marginalized groups is something I would hope you're not in favor of.

I'm trying to find a keyboard that's decent to use in bed without straining myself (i.e. not a standard straight keyboard, ideally like 90° between left and right side) and can handle blootooth (I only have a desktop :bear_shrug: )
does anyone know of something that works and is hopefully under $50? :shiba_confused:
add. I have a bluetooth keyboard from years back but it's basically just a 75% at full key size, and I don't have the strength to keep my hands so far towards the center and with the wrists bent out nor is the keyboard small enough to type with a single hand (and the super-flat profile makes that even harder since the tactile feedback is weird compared to ky desktop keyboard :bear_shrug: )
Anybody have any recommendations for microwaveable freezer meals that have half-decent nutrition and aren't a piddly 200~300 calories? :shiba_confused:

I need to raise $2,413 by approximately January 16th. The initial out of pocket expenses are a lot, but ultimately this is the best, safest, and most stable living arrangement for me with the state of my health, plus, in the long-term, I will actually be living in a place with manageable rent, based on my income. That, to me, is worth the initial fees. But not being able to afford it means that it's others who have to thick it's worth it, too, which I really hope is the case. This is crucial to my quality of life. Most of the world is not built for the blind or those in wheelchairs.
Anyway, that's what's going on. I would appreciate any help more than I can articulate, should it come, but I will do my best.
