You are allowed to find moments of joy, even in all the horror. Joy is not a prize for getting through it all, it is an important tool to enable us to get through this. Joy itself is an act of resistance, so look for the joys. Small ones, big ones-doesn't matter. Find them, embrace them, let them comfort you, let them fuel you.

A reminder that if you are unable to be on the front lines at protests etc, that doesn't mean what you're doing isn't valid. Supporting friends, neighbours and loved ones and keeping spirits up. Being available to chat so people can debrief. Posting positive/uplifting things online so that people can take a break. Taking care of yourself and your own mental health. All of these things(and more)often get overlooked, but they are also important ways to support and resist.
