LHTAPTDA = Lift Heavy Things And Put then Down Again. Any strength exercise that uses the big tendons on the inside of your wrists. Weights, rowing, swimming, rock-climbing, etc.
CTI = Carpal Tunnel Inflammation. The tightness in your wrists after too much fine-motor work - typing, playing an instrument, etc. Also called RSI but let's be specific here.

@TomF, the same thing ten years ago. Plus it helped to spot a lungs problem as I had no progress for a few months and declines from time to time. Not sure that I would notice it without doing sport.
Finally finished the timelapse video of building my new garage. Even with timelapse and editing it is 150 minutes long - about a minute for each workday it took to build.
Not sure how many folks will watch it all, but it was interesting to make. Will post it soon.
My finished garage. It has concrete walls, a large dark grey roller door, and a smaller human-sized door to the side. It is currently an ugly tan primer colour, but it will be painted a much darker grey in future.

@JeremiahFieldhaven, once I heard about a person who applied for a dev position just to make enough money to be a truck driver with their own vehicle. Now near the same thoughts are catching me, why not to apply for a truck driving license just to play with these big toys?
@TomF, what I like about it is how it fits into the landscape and how many trees you have around. It definitely should be a peaceful and calm place to be.

Today, I was talking to my hair stylist - idle chatter to fill time - and I mentioned I was reading the news. She asked me if anything was happening, and what she should know.
@alice_i_cecile, that's a quite difficult thing as those who want to stay away usually continue doing that just to keep their minds in peace. One may try to carefully point out that there's something wrong, without any pressure as it just forces people to look in their shells.
