While I appreciate the requirements, I admit to being at a loss atm.
So is my @bitwarden 😅

Thanks for your reply, guys.
No issues with Bitwarden per se. It is just that webpage had strictly looking password reqs, but I had to lower and simplify my password generating settings in BW .)

@bitwarden Thanks for your reply, guys.
No problems with BW per se. It is just that the website looked like having strong password reqs...while I ended up simplifying my passwords generation settings in BW to pass those reqs .)

The Shoal Sequence by Gary Gibson

https://app.thestorygraph.com/series/11741

Defo an easier of the "encounter an elder race and/or their artifacts and save humanity" SF reads. Would recommend to a newcomer to scifi...if on sale at Amazon.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT!
What a wild ride this series has been! I have so many questions...

https://app.thestorygraph.com/series/31134

I am kinda lost for words, atm. A challenging read of unexpected intensity with massive portions of horror, violence, misery and despair.

Bumped into this interesting cross-platform reader. May not serve my needs, but looks neat. Check it out 😉

The Reality Dysfunction by Peter F. Hamilton
NIGHT'S DAWN #1

No idea how this series has been eluding me until now.
A most enjoyable read. There's vast space, sentient spaceships, nano-boosted people, empire of man, religion, science, military, aliens... Simply, every bit you'd expect to make a solid grand scale scifi narrative.

So, I have finished the trilogy.

5⭐ The Reality Dysfunction
4⭐ The Neutronium Alchemist
3,5⭐ The Naked God

The conclusion felt rushed and like something unworthy of the epic tale.
Some serious YA Ari Potta magic wand shit, if you ask me. Otherwise, would recommend.

Really?
I, for one, was disappointed by the underdeveloped religious aspect of the beyond and its emergence. Expected to see more rabbis, cardinals and muftis. Religion stakeholders were criminally absent, imo.

Disquiet Gods by Christopher Ruocchio
SUN EATER #6

This must be one of the best sci-fi and fantasy sagas with just one main character. And the sixth instalment is a great addition to it. In fact, I'd claim it is one of the most intriguing SSF books of late.

Book Review: The West Passage by Jared Pechaček

A world peopled by creatures straight from the pages of a medieval manuscript, with a story strange enough to match. @chloroform_tea has our review at the NOAF blog

THE PRINCE OF NOTHING series by R. Scott Bakker

https://app.thestorygraph.com/series/6792

No idea how this amazing trilogy have eluded me for 2 decades!

"The best epic fantasy book I have read in a while. Tons of names, tribes, nations, cities, countries, factions, individuals clash in a massive once-in-a-millennium undertaking. What more does a bookworm need? Simply top-shelf stuff, imho. "

A coop PvE game for two dads and three sons?
A shooter, preferably. Any recommendations, guys? The youngest lad is 10, so as little violence as possible. Thanks 😉
