    The head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement said he would like the agency to implement a system of trucks that rounds up immigrants for deportation in a system similar to how Amazon delivers packages around the US.

    I guess the USA doesn't have a very good railway system.

    “We need to get better at treating this like a business,” the acting Ice director, Todd Lyons, said. He said that he wanted to see a deportation process “like [Amazon] Prime, but with human beings”. His comments were first reported by the Arizona Mirror.

    Several speakers, Homan included, echoed the opinion of having a deportation system that is run like a business, with assurance that the Trump administration is depending on the private sector for completion of its mass deportation agenda. Many representatives from the military-industrial complex were in attendance.

    It does present plenty of business opportunities.

    He expressed hopes that the agency could utilize artificial intelligence to “free up bed space” and “fill up airplanes”, allowing Ice to deport immigrants at a quicker pace.

    They want to run it with industrial efficiency so they can keep freeing up those beds.

    The Ice director also said that he has been working with Elon Musk’s “department of government efficiency” (Doge) for access to social security numbers to look for “voter fraud”.

    Now why would they be demanding lists of voters from every state and discussing this in the same breath as the industrial scale rounding up of undesirable people?

    The ongoing outrage over the proposed tax is a little funny, given that it’s already been known for quite some time that the legislation has almost no chance of being enacted. That’s because California Governor Gavin Newsom has already stated that, should the bill somehow pass, he would veto it.

    That's not funny. But the billionaires should still march. They might be surprised how many people will gladly come and help march them through the streets.

    There are two theories beginning to appear everywhere right now: that Epstein worked for Russia and that Epstein is still alive. Both smell very much like deliberate attempts to muddy the waters and confuse people into giving up on the truth. We shouldn't let ourselves be distracted. Epstein is almost certainly dead and probably worked for Mossad, perhaps with some freelance blackmail for others too. And the main issue now is to get the rest of the files released and unredact the names and crimes of the perpetrators whom Trump's DOJ is determined to protect.

    I believe Canada is also introducing legislation to increase the amount of data on its citizens that it shares with the USA. In the current climate these moves seem crazy. But I guess only fascists and billionaires (and billionaire fascists) get to decide what happens.

    Until recently the Canadian government was pushing Bill C-2:

    They have now tried to tone it down a bit in Bill C-12 but there are still serious concerns:

    So Canada's government talks tough, but in actual legislation they seem oddly eager to appease the USA at the expense of Canadians.

    Mossad seems like the most likely culprit by far, unless he was freelancing for a bunch of intelligence agencies (which they might allow as long as he delivered the goods). And yet the Daily Mail is pushing the line that he was working for Russia. I have to wonder whether the Daily Mail's stories are part of a campaign of deflection and muddying the waters.
