Among other features, RDNA 4 introduces "out-of-order" memory accesses to AMD's GPU line. It's a cool development, but nothing like out-of-order execution on GPUs. It's also not applicable to Intel and Nvidia GPUs, which already avoided cross-wave memory dependency delays.
