I love the English ! Ever-evolving with new verbs and terms. (Now, with !) In this instance, I’ll gladly employ “to morg” because, based purely on context, it seems to be defined as

Earlier this week I had the opportunity to attend a screening of Mona Fastvold’s The Testament of Ann Lee. I was fortunate to work on this project when it filmed on location in the U.S. and it was clear from the start that the final output would be truly unique.

It was evident on set that Fastvold had a vivid vision and expectations for all the contributing crafts — and the film itself attests. The attention to detail and accuracy for all elements with respect to time period and location are astounding. For example, my costume was one of many that were all handmade using fibers, techniques, and dyes available to the Shakers of the time.

Twice today I received notifications about Artist-in-Residence programs, and both times my brain interpreted the headings as “Artist-in-Resistance” programs.

It’s unclear if this error is a skimming matter or a subconscious replacement influenced by the context of current events.

    Star Trek The Next Generation scene. We're in a carpeted workout room on ship with a mirror back wall that looks oddly & exactly like if they just put a mirror up in the Enterprise D corridor and decided to get their sweat on in the hallway. On screen is Troi and Crusher, wearing rad! jazzersize outfits from the 80s. Like leotard bodysuits with alternating pink and green and silver and glittery colors. Both are standing and leaning and stretching thier arms overhead with smiles. Behind them you see an infinity loop of them working out going into the background of mirror reflections.     @nocontexttrek when I saw this ep as a kid I thought, “Why are they wearing their leotards backwards?” As an adult who works on stage and screen, I now understand Costume needed to quickly devise futuristic workout wear and agreed wearing leotards backwards would be acceptable.
