I was on the floor above the parking of this building on the terrace when it started shaking.

Started slow, locked in eyes with another gringo as we both realized what was happening.

Then it started shaking more which was our signal to run down the stairs very quickly as we had no idea how solid it was being on there.

Then we got the national alert on our phone

Epicentre was about 70km away

Last night there was a pretty good shaker off of Oregon on the Juan de Fuca plate. 6M

Felt by the sensor at but too far to be felt by humans here. :)

No threat of Tsunami.
