Yep, we should all have our neighborhood watches on the lookout for the word "efficiency." Efficient for whom? Not consumers and definitely not laborers. Efficiently mass producing income inequality.

@Daojoan Been using it since it came out in beta (back when it was just Things, so over twenty years?). Don't know about Things 4. Don't really care as it's all I need.
