These days, it's probably a good idea for anyone to keep their eyes open for opportunities to practice #SimpleSabotage against the regime or otherwise interfere.
In the meantime, I think waking up more people is crucial & algorithmic bubbles prevents the internet from being useful for this, currently.
Instead, I have talked about things like:
Putting antifa books, zines and propaganda in Little Free Libraries. My personal favorite is "On Tyranny"
Putting up flyers and zines up in public locations, community boards, power poles, etc.
Use #Wheatpaste to make it more difficult to remove
This is a kitchen sink wet dream of U.S. oligarchs who have been scheming for its passage for decades. It's a transformation of American society, democracy, economy, etc., and not for the better.
In fact, it's definitely too much to carry or fit in a regula backpack. I would consider separating it into a car bag and pair down to the barest of essentials in a backpack that you could actually carry on foot, if necessary.

12 gauge shotgun is the best home/personal defense weapon. Pump is ultimately more reliable, but if you don't have the muscle memory semi-auto would be preferable in a high-stress situation.

Unfortunately IRL local #community & #MutualAid groups are tough to come by for a variety of reasons. One of my many goals is to encourage them whenever possible, but until then we have the Fediverse.
I wonder how many people reading this are lonely. Do you have more time on your hands than friends?
