Huh, spam from 1Password offering me “Early access to Comet, the new AI browser from Perplexity”. I’m perplexed all right, about why 1Password, an outfit I mostly like, is doing this. I want a serious relationship with my security-technology providers, not a spammy one that flirts with sketchy totally-unrelated products.

At the top of the page there's the Bitwarden logo. Below 5 fields are available where you can input your email address, master password, login address, two-step login recovery code and document creation date.
Just downloaded #Vivaldi on my Mac, my Linux laptop, my iPhone, and my iPad. So far, pretty good. Kinda chuffed here, because I found a way to cajole #1Password into working with Vivaldi on Linux and wouldn't you know it, the damn thing works as presented! I'm just not used to an application not being like an enraged puffer-fish. I don't have to suffer? I don't have to run around the block and do a bunch of silly things? It just works? Wow! Talk about a change of pace!
(I'm evaluating it right now as an alternative to #1password. Also tried
@protonprivacy - but their cloud is not that great, and it's too expensive just for passwords)
