I get this vibe that no one knows what’s going on anymore and everything is just running on the fumes of the zeitgeist and conspiracy theories.
I find the fact that the whole world “knows” that China will invade Taiwan in 2027 to be really strange. And this has been the case for years. It feels like certain groups are taking it as a foregone conclusion.

Do you work for Zyn?

Lots of things are fine when they are first introduced because we carry our lived experiences into it. But those who grow up with the new thing shaping their lived experience don’t bring that perspective to it.
This is going to be very true for AI.

Exactly.

Thanks for the reply. With this administration, its easy to assume the truth about anything is being bent.

I heard someone suggest they are claiming friendly fire on the first ones to lessen the embarrassment of being taken out by the enemy. So that’s just conjecture.
Anyone think that is plausible? They said back during recent conflicts the US would do similar things to save face.

The colors do not match.
And when you are talking about colors like this, when they are fashion choices, etc, the precise colors matter.
So yes, they knew “yellow” but got the “yellow” wrong. The person I replied to was responding to the visual sensation of a particular yellow. Not the word “yellow.”
The “pink” is even more incorrect.
Even the original quoted article said no images leaked.

I suspect that the current US administration is excited for AI for two reasons:
We have long had a culture of those who only know the basics of how technologies work blaming the tech when things go wrong, or as a scapegoat for user error or intentional user decisions. These schemes and lies rely on assuming other people involved don’t understand the tech well enough to mount a rebuttal.

Those are just something Mac rumors made up. Only text with the name leaked.

Timelines seem to suggest so. But he commented to the verge and denied it.
Also, fuck 4chan. To be clear.

He thought of ordering lots of pizza? What a genius mastermind.

Why leave WebKit out?

I really think that part of what is changing is that the hardware people run games on is becoming less and less differentiated in both power class and capability. And the hardware that does bring a large performance gap is very expensive.

They keep trying to make Linux more appealing.
I can see people not realizing the LLM autocomplete was an LLM. But not the prompting.
And even then, that’s some fancy ass autocomplete if it’s not LLM powered…
