    Well, duh. Sleep is good too, and eating right and all sorts of other basic self-care things.

    But it is hard to start doing these things when stuck down the well of despair! Hang in there everyone, and enjoy what ever little wins you get

    Maybe if your body produces and processes endorphins correctly. It never did me an ounce of good.
